David Johnson (better known as Johnno) is a former WA Teal Cup representative who played for Perth in the WAFL during it's hey days in the 1980s and was almost recruited to play for Essendon under Kevin Sheedy before pulling out at the last minute due to family committments.
Johnno started coaching his local Colt's team (the mighty Gosnells Hawks in the WA Sunday League) in 1993 and has since coached a number of different teams in both country Western Australia and the Perth metropolitan area. He is currently the assistant coach of the East Fremantle Football Club League team, as well as the coach of their Reserves team in the WAFL.
As a coach at the East Fremantle Football Club, Johnno has developed a number of important contacts in the football world. Contacts which he now leverages to bring you the best tips possible for coaching, managing or playing the great game of Australian Rules Football!
